How do I connect my automatic watch winder to the SwissKubik app?

The Masterbox automatic watch winders connect easily to our dedicated mobile app via Bluetooth. When switched on, Bluetooth activates automatically. Once your winder is on, its name will appear in the list of available devices. Simply select it to establish the connection.

Which batteries should I use for my winder?

Our Masterbox watch winders operate with two alkaline Type C 1.5-volt batteries. For optimal performance, we recommend using Procell Duracell batteries.

Why is it necessary to wind an automatic watch?

An automatic watch draws its energy from the natural movements of the wrist. When not worn, it will eventually stop, usually after one to three days depending on its power reserve. To maintain its proper functioning, it is therefore recommended to place it in an automatic watch winder when not in use.
